Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries, preparing maps, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries and areas.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of survey data, including Parcel Maps, Records of Survey, and Final Maps.
- Create detailed maps and reports to assist in property transactions and development projects.
- Perform research and analysis of land records to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and developers to provide surveying services during the planning and development process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating ALTA Maps and understanding land surveying principles.
- Experience with surveying equipment and software.
